For more than 35 years, I have worked across manufacturing, energy, medical device, and technology organizations, advancing from the manufacturing floor to executive supply chain leadership. Along the way, I learned that sustainable business success is never driven by processes alone—it is built by people, strengthened through leadership, and sustained by operational excellence.

Throughout my career, I have led organizations through supply chain transformation, procurement strategy, logistics optimization, operational improvement, organizational change, and leadership development. I have built supply chain organizations from the ground up, navigated global disruptions, solved complex operational challenges, and helped businesses improve performance while preparing for what lies ahead.
